How to order your custom built Jerico^® racing transmission:

Deposits: A $2,500 (US FUNDS) DEPOSIT IS REQUIRED in cash, a cashier's check or money order (unless previous check approval has been established) on all 5-speed orders. A $1,000 deposit is required for all 4-speed orders. No deposit is required for 2-speeds or 3-speeds. If you have phoned for consultation on placing an order with us, a written order must follow with your deposit so that there are no discrepancies with your order. Special orders for other vendors require a 50-percent (50%) deposit.
Lead time: Due to the nature of our custom-built transmissions, a 10-to-60 day lead time may be necessary in order to hand-assemble to your specifications. Keep in mind- Some seasons are busier than others. We reserve the right to go beyond our normal lead time, if necessary. Our lead time is based on the day your deposit, if required, is received or when we receive your written order. We then generate a work order. Once the work order is started, your custom-built transmission cannot be cancelled. Any changes to your order must be in writing, and your transmission work order form must be sent complete. Deposits are non-refundable.
When writing your order: Please use one of the transmission work order forms. You may find these on our website, or have them faxed or mailed to you. Your transmission work order form must be sent in complete, along with your deposit. Any changes made to your order must be in writing. If you are having trouble filling out the transmission work order form, please give us a call and one of our trained technicians will help you.
Shifter: If ordering, you must specify shifter location. To measure for shifter location, we need the measurement from the front of the transmission at the bellhousing bolt ears to the center of the stick.
Final payment: Final payment can be collected by UPS or COD services. Once your transmission is completed and ready to ship, you will be notified of the total due. Again, payment must be made in a cashier's check, or money order (unless previous check approval has been established). UPS will not accept cash. Final payment not made within our terms can and will forfeit your deposit.
Sales tax: Sales tax is six and one-half percent (6.5%) for North Carolina customers and applies when picking up a transmission or parts here in Concord, North Carolina.
Shipping within the USA: Transmission will be delivered to your door via UPS COD service.
Orders from outside the US: All of the above applies. Funds can be wired and transferred into our account; advise us if you require money-wiring information. Or, you can use some type of express mail/post to send payment to us. Freight will be collect. If you wish your order to be sent to someone in the US, please provide all shipping information with a phone number. Documents will show invoiced price. For international shipments we use various freight companies.
